The development of MoodIv8 followed an agile methodology, starting with thorough requirement analysis and continuous user feedback. The app was developed using React Native for cross-platform compatibility and Node.js for backend functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices. Amazon S3 and Amazon Cognito were used to handle data storage and user authentication, respectively, providing robust and scalable solutions.
The result was a successful implementation that significantly improved employee morale and productivity. The user-friendly interface and diverse range of activities contributed to higher employee satisfaction and motivation, fulfilling the client's goals.
