Who this is for
You know AI matters and you're tired of reading about it. You've had two vendor calls that turned into demos of their product. You want someone to look at your actual business and tell you what's worth doing.
The AI Opportunity Sprint is a two week piece of work, fixed at $3,000, that answers one question: where would AI actually pay for itself in your business? You get a review of your workflows and data, a costed list of options ranked by return, a ninety day roadmap, and an honest list of the things we don't think you should build. The fee comes off any build you go ahead with.

If you already know exactly what you want built and you just need someone to build it, skip this and book a normal call. You don't need a sprint to be told what you already know.
If the answer is that AI won't help you much right now, we'll say so. You keep the roadmap, and you've spent $3,000 finding out rather than five figures.
A map of the workflows we looked at and where time and money currently leak.
A ranked list of AI options, each with a rough cost, a rough return, and how confident we are in both.
A ninety day roadmap with a clear first project.
A note on your data: whether it's in a state where any of this will work, because often that's the real blocker.
An honest list of what not to do, and why.
A recorded walkthrough so you can share it internally without relying on your own notes.
$3,000
Fixed. Two weeks. The full amount comes off the cost of any build you go ahead with. This is the only fixed price we publish, because it's the only thing we do that's the same shape every time. Builds vary too much to put a number on before we understand the problem, which is most of the reason this Sprint exists. You'll leave it with costed options, so you know what you're deciding about before you decide.
Day 1 to 2: Kickoff, access to systems and people, workflow interviews.
Day 3 to 4: Map current processes and where time leaks.
Day 5: Draft options list and data readiness assessment.
Day 6 to 7: Rank options by cost, return, and confidence.
Day 8 to 9: Ninety day roadmap and what-not-to-build list.
Day 10: Recorded walkthrough and handover.

Fifteen minutes, no deck. Bring us a workflow that's eating your team's time, or a product idea you want built, and we'll tell you what we think it takes, what it roughly costs, and whether it's worth doing at all. Sometimes the answer is no, and we'll say so.
