By engaging with YeasiTech ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the provision of IT services and the use of our ERP subscription services. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• IT Services: We provide a range of IT services, including software development, consulting, support, and related services, as detailed in the service agreement entered into with the client.
• ERP Subscription: Our ERP subscription services grant customers access to our ERP software platform. The features and pricing for ERP subscriptions are outlined in separate subscription agreements or invoices.

• IT Services: Payment for IT services will be based on the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice. Clients are responsible for timely payment, and any late fees or charges may apply for overdue payments.
• ERP Subscription: Customers subscribing to our ERP services agree to the pricing and payment terms outlined in the subscription agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the subscription.

We do not offer refunds for IT services or ERP subscription fees. However, we will work diligently to resolve any issues or concerns you may have regarding our services.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client and customer information. Our confidentiality obligations are detailed in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or confidentiality clauses as appropriate.

YeasiTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
